We like to get a full understanding of your brand before we start any creative work. It's the right thing to do, we need to know what makes you... well, you! It's simply good manners to listen to a client to get a grip on their business instead of steaming in, all guns blazing giving it all the 'I'm a designer, I know best'. Our mothers taught us better than that.
